1. Our commitment

Neni's Itinerary is committed to making this site usable for everyone, including travelers who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build — mobile-first, with clear structure and readable contrast — not an afterthought.

2. Standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, and we review the site against these guidelines as it grows.

3. What we do

Steps we take across the site include:

• Semantic HTML and landmark structure so screen readers can navigate the page.
• A "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation.
• Visible keyboard focus outlines on interactive elements.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences, which turns off scroll and decorative animations.
• Color choices in our palette chosen for readable contrast, and descriptive text for meaningful images.
• A responsive, mobile-first layout that works across screen sizes and zoom levels.

4. Supported assistive technology

We aim to support recent versions of major screen readers — such as VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack — used with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Older browsers and assistive tech may work but are not our primary targets.

5. Known limitations

We're honest about where we're still improving:

• Some off-site destinations (WhatsApp, Instagram, and the Neni's planner portal) are outside our control and follow their own accessibility practices.
• Some photography is a temporary placeholder while final imagery is prepared; descriptive text is provided in the meantime.
• We are continually testing and fixing issues as we find them.
